Special design Y.T. indexable chamfer is exclusively for drilling machines and pneumatic machines. It has patented carbide strip design best suitable for unstable machining conditions such as manual drilling machines and plastic materials where there are high chances of burr issues. User does not have to change insert for each type of material. Insert has only one grade for all materials. The cutter does not require regrinding but just need to change the insert when it wears out. There are no burrs on the material after machining.
The insert is highly economical available with two cutting edges and one grade for all kinds of materials. We have complete range of specs available from Ø 4 ~ Ø 110 and angles 60°, 90°, 120°. Besides CNC machines, the cutter can also be used on drilling machine, pneumatic machine, electric machine, hydraulic machine etc. Due to its versatile applications, it is called "Chamfer King".
